Assuring quality

Before we start any job, we collate all the information, matching the fabric to the order to ensure we have enough to the job including all the turnings. We then check the fabric for flaws. As a matter of policy, our staff double-check each other's work throughout the production process.

Once the curtains and furnishings are made, we inspect them to ensure there are no loose threads. We always hook curtains up and press them, actually hanging them in the workroom to make sure they are first class.
